Modified to suit my needs as I've upgraded to a (red) all metal dual gear extruder on my Aquila X2 which is higher than the original and other replacements. (~23.95 mm high).
Widened the bearing holding area to fit a 608zz bearing with V sleeve over it and spacers on either side, changed the screw size to fit an M4 20mm screw with lock nut.
Also raised the bearing holding area to suit the additional height of the extruder.
Added spacers for the filament runout sensor to mount with 25mm M3 screws.
Printed the guide at 0.2 layer height, 25% infill.
Printed the bearing sleeve/ring at 0.1 layer height, 20% infill? (I forget the infill tbh), same with the spacers.
You need to print:
1x guide
1x ring
2x spacers
Additional hardware:
2x M3 25mm screws
1x M4 20mm screw
1x M4 nut, I used a nylon locking nut.
1x 608zz ball bearing
Youmay need a tiny dab of superglue on the inside of the spacers and the ring. Mine were a fraction loose but otherwise fine.

eSun PLA+Black How I Designed This ===================
Took the original into tinkercad, did some basic edits / additions after getting the measurements right then took into blender for final adjustments and (lots of) cleanup.
