panterium part one

this is a panterium land support with a lower base. it is not scaled for any specific tank just a random drawing. the solid works file is incorporated so if u want to change it go a head maybe some of you have some extra ideas for it, or modifications. if you do go ahead and change it up id love to see the imagination soar
