Adjustable Klicky-Style Probe Dock

A little remix to add height adjustment to the Klicky probe dock from 3DP and Me. I also included a cutout on the righthand side of the mount to make sure the bed doesn't run into the dock (specifically for RatRig V-Core 3.1 printers). I'm using this dock with this mount

The one I'm using in the picture doesn't have the cutout, but shouldn't affect the docking process.
