Turntables are used to display products while being rotated 360 degrees. There are so many variants but none was suitable for what I needed. So I designed my own.

This turntable is 200 mm in diameter, it is powered by a 28 BYJ 48 stepper motor (a bit underpowered for heavy loads). For easy rotation I used a 40 mm bearing recovered from a Hard disk drive, an Arduino Nano for controlling the stepper and 4 625 bearings (used in v-slot wheels).

The code allows for the potentiometer to control the speed and direction of the motor. At 50% the motor is stopped and rotating the pot increases the speed in respective direction. Everything is powered from a 5V power supply.
