I needed replacement clips to hold the glass into the screendoor frame. The originals were yellow and had snapped with age.
I traced the last clip (yellow) that snapped. Then kind of made a guess as to how big the snapped off portion used to be. I then used Onshape to bring in the image and use a Spline trace to create the first version. I ended up melting the first few prints using a lighter to find the best angles.
After that I kept making the curve in OnShape more acute so that the clips help better and better.
I printed them in PETG and spiral vase mode with a 0.6mm nozzle. This gave them a lot of springiness.
