Walther PPK - Fallout 4 replica - The Deliverer V3

This is a challenge I gave myself. The goal was to design from scratch a replcia of The Deliverer from Fallout 4.

The replica ressembles a Walther PPK with some minor difference. I tried to stay faithful to its shape while integrating moving parts like the trigger, the slider, the magasine and the hammer.

Required hardware:

• 2x M3x16mm bolts
• one M3x(16-22)mm bolt to secure the handle
• one M3x(whatever)mm bolt to screw into the suppressor for additional strength

Known issues:

• For better visual quality, some parts need to be printed vertically but might fall before the print completes. Consider adding brims to the parts for better bed adhesion: Slide(full) / Barrel / Grip(L+R) / Suppressor.

Initial post (07/04/2023): I am currently improving the trigger spring and modelling more parts for the replica. The goal is to make available every mod the weapon has in the game. These optional parts should be easily swappable.

Update (09/05/2023) Modified the frame and the trigger for better durability.

Added the comfort grip, extended magasine and extended suppressor.

Fixed the suppressor orientation issue as a .stl file.

Improved suppressor strength.

Update (27/06/2023) Added photos of the printed model 

Fixed the thin wall issues on the barrel and the slide

Adjusted clearances on the magasine lock and slide

Modified the trigger so it would rotate (bend) around the screw. 

Side Notes :

Vertically-printed parts may require some help for bed adhesion (brim/raft...) but the parts were designed to be printed without supports.

The model was designed using Fusion 360 under a free and non-commercial licence.
