Tumbling treat toy with rattles and holes

Remix to allow gluing of M6 nut on the underside to keep toy upright, and an empty space at the bottom to add bells/ball bearings. Also added smelling holes to keep entice the kitties!

I used 60% infill to get a decent uprighting performance.
