I got tired of not liking any of the mounts available, so I designed my own simple mount (with the help of Pawel Kraska's remote model on GrabCad)

I have included either blank option (for double sided tape) or countersunk for wall screws (#4). It has been optimized to print with Slic3rs .3 DRAFT setting.
