SB2209 / SB2240 mount for PUG

Note: This is for the original CAN cable that BTT shipped, with a small rectangular plug. They've started shipping a different cable with a different plug shape, which this STL is not compatible with.

The existing PUG mount doesn't work with the BTT SB2209/SB2240 toolhead CANbus board, as the CAN cable exits on the far right end of the toolhead. This new mount works similarly to the existing PUG mount but is longer and higher to line up with the CAN cable included in the SB2209 kit.

Redesigned for SB2209/SB2240 CAN cable (original cable style).
