Welcome to Phnom Penh, Cambodia!
This model was created by Dany SΓ‘nchez, provided in different versions to allow for multipart printing in separate colors, and a lamp version to include a LED tea light. MMU can also be attempted.
The Independence Monument was built in 1958 to memorialize Cambodia's independence from France in 1953. It is 37m (121 ft) tall and it was designed by Cambodian architect Vann Molyvann by royal command. It is located on the intersection of Norodom Boulevard and Sihanouk Boulevard in the center of the city. It is in the form of a lotus-shaped stupa, of the style seen at the Khmer temple at Banteay Srei and other historical sites (from Wikipedia).
MiniWorld3D is happy to bring this model to life as a homage to all the people of Cambodia.
