Newton101 designed a really cute toy car, I printed it out and it had very sharp edges, the pegs of the tires broke off easily, and the wheels are a chocking haszard, they were 23mm in diameter which is 0.9\" and in the U.S. the choking hazard diameter is anything under 1.25\" (31.75mm).

I didn't want to give it to my daughter cause I know she would break the wheels off and if she hit someone/fell on it the edges could cause injury so I widened the body a little so that I could use 12mm M4 screws to make sure they stayed in, smoothed out the body, rounded all the corners, then for the wheels I made them 40mm in diameter and instead of fragile pins they are held onto the body with 4 M4 12mm screws and it is a very tight fit on the body so they are never coming out without a hex wrench.

Thank you Newton101 for the awesome design, I just tweaked it a bit so I felt good about giving it to my daughter.

I may add the headlights back in another version but I need to get this printing for a Christmas present and they got in the way of rounding it.

Notes:

I ended up going with 20% infill for the tires not to make them stronger but to give the edges of the tires more something to hold it flat so they quit curling and snagging the print head.
\nalso printing the tires slower (40mms instead of my normal 80) really helped the curling up of the edge of the tires, even with good cooling it was happening, after 4 failed attempts I slowed the print down and upped the infill a little and they printed beautifully.\n
