First a little explanation: Subitus means impromptu in Latin. Karambits are a type of Indonesian martial arts knife.
Disclaimer: Karambits arevery dangerous and (quality) utility knife blades arerazor sharp. Even if you are an experienced karambit flipper be very careful as this is likely to flip differently, is differently balanced, and much lighter. This may be illegal to carry in some countries. Ask your guardian for permission before printing if under 18 years old.
This karambit is designed to be as lightweight and minimalist as possible and requires only superglue and a single utility knife blade to assemble. It features a hexagon textured handle for improved grip and aesthetic, an ergonomic unibody design, and a large ring for easier spinning and thumb use. As the cutting element it uses one standard 60mm utility knife blade available dirt cheap from any hardware store.
A sheath is included as well and is specially designed to be no thicker than the knife handle it's self (a feature that I believe to be entirely unique) while still securely locking in place and being easy to remove one handed. It also has strap cutter notch and a slotted 7mm lanyard hole.

Infill:
40% Gyroid
Filament: Overture PLA Black
Notes:
No supports are needed and if you use supports it will be a PITA to remove from the handle texturing. I had to apply a fresh coat with a glue-stick to get the handle to stick to the build plate.
For PLA Gyroid infill is recommended as it bends instead of snapping.
If you have trouble getting the it to snap into the sheath without manually bending back the tab try heating it with a lighter and bending the tip of the tab inwards a bit or sanding it down.
To assemble first verify the blade fits in the groove for it then glue it down. Next put a thin layer of glue on the blade cover bottom and edge and press into the handle. Glue both halves of the sheath together.
Sanding mating surfaces and clamping is optional but may improve durability.
update 1/15/22: Added belt/pocket clip for which support is needed. I made tolerances tight so you will probably need to sand/file around the slot peg a bit till it fits in securely.
