M4-M5 adapter

Many model designs use inserts for M5 nuts. This adapter should allow an M4 nut to fit into the insert instead of having to modify the original model.  I also included a model of an M4 nut with bolt holes if you wanted to quickly stamp a model with an M4 insert.
