Shelf/Tray for the Mini Trident

This is a wall mountable shelf/tray for the excellent ‘mini trident’ case that can be found here:

This print requires a larger 3d printer with at least a 310mm x 155mm print area. I used a Voron 2.4 350mm and printed with ABS.
 

I used 1" long #8 stainless steel screws to attach this to the inner walls of my cabinet.

One slicing recommendation is to increase the infill density around the ‘flat to wall’ areas… this decreases the issue of top layer ending over empty space (no infill support) which can lead to the print head crashing into previously extruded but not flat layers, causing the print to fail. This is especially true with prusaslicer, as cura seems to handle this better. In prusa slicer I used height range modifiers to increase the infill density from 15% in most of the model to 60% in those key ranges and I can printer very reliably.
