t8 nut elegoo neptune-prusa

greatly improves the resolution in the z axis

at first it goes in quite tight but that's how it should be with time it adjusts to the rod and it slides super smooth

With this I have managed to print with a resolution of 0.1 without practically noticing the threads of the filament
