This is being used to capture potential energy from falling water and transfer it to a gear mechanism.

Outside Diameter: ~80mm

Hole Diameter: ~4.25mm

Assembled Thickness: ~25mm

Instructions

Print out both sides and snap together. One could also use glue for a more secure fit.
