A little jig to help learn accurate cut shots in pool.
How to use it:
- Slide the trainer up to the ball such that the two upright posts just touch.
- Rotate the trainer around the ball to line up the arrow/line with the pocket (I find if you hold the ball firmly, it acts as a farily smooth pivot)
- Place the 5mm ball/BB in it's little spot on the 'tail'
- Slide the trainer out of the way
- Now just aim for that lil ball, and make the shot!
One thing I like about this approach is that the 5mm ball can just be a consistent accuracy practice by itself, then it's natural to couple it with the Cut Trainer.
NOTE: This is designed for 2 1/4" (aka "American") pool balls. The dimensions would need to be adjusted for different ball sizes. Feel free to message me if you'd like a hand.
