U1JO - BigTreeTech TFT24 v1.1 Stand/Holder

Updated my SKR 1.3 with this new dual-use (touch and lcd) TFT screen to allow the best of both worlds in one screen :D.

23/Aug/2020 - Updated Stand and Cover to v2, this version adds support to fix to aluminium profile, nut to clamp both pieces for the stand and adjustments for cover to make stronger and fits correctly the size of new TFT24 versions
