These plate and case are designed for a complete DIY keyboard, hand wired with teensy2 controller. it fits on a 25*20 bed or bigger.
The main thing about the plate that it is stronger than usual 1.5mm Pla plate that is way too flexible.
This plate is combined of two layers, one 1.5 mm layer so that the switches can latch onto, and a second layer of 3.1 mm height with holes a bit bigger to not interfere with the switches' placement. this makes for a veeery sturdy plate with a total height of 4.6 mm and it does not flex.
The holes for switches are rectangular which works perfect and also makes the print time way faster, and there are dedicated holes for a costar stabilizer for the 2u key (which i don't find necessary at all, I use it without a stabilizer).
The case is a very minimal case, with holes for the screws and a dedicated spot to have your teensy (under the third switch from the left). It also has a hole in the bottom to access the program button on your teensy2.
The holes for the screws are 2.5 mm in diameter and you can use self tapping screws or 2mm, 2.5mm or 3mm allen bolts (12mm-20mm length, depends if you want to use a nut or just screw them in), I have used both with success.
Printing tips:
-You should print the plate upside down so the upper part comes glassy smooth and you won't need support at all.
-You should use a brim for both of them to avoid elephant foot and improve adhesion to the bed.
