Railcore II Belt Holder for aluminum carriage for square nuts
Description
PDFI made a modification to the belt holder assembly for the railcore to replace the use of heat insert nuts. Now there's a slot for a square nut to slide in to create threads for tensioning the belts. Since the threads are much closer to the screw, it is much easier to tension the belts since the screw engages earlier. Also there's no risk of melted plastic filling the threads.
There's two sizes, one for a thin m3 square nut, and one for a thick m3 square nut. The thin nuts are DIN562 and measure 1.8mm thick.
The think nuts are DIN557 and measure 2.4mm thick. So make sure to print the right file for the nut you have.
Either way, they're designed to be a tight fit. Use a screwdriver or something similar to force the square nut in, then a small hex key to align the nut inside the hole.

This print needs supports. I highly recommend printing this with a slicer that allows for custom supports. Getting supports in the screw hole isn't the end of the world since it can be drilled out, but you really don't want supports in the hole for the square nuts.
