Pegboard Paper Towel Holder for 25mm rod

Largely inspired from ldabkey, this paper towel holder fit a 25mm diameter rod or tube (like a piece of broom handle, which is what I used).

Fits a pegboard with 4mm hole diameter, 25.4mm/1inch holes distance, 3mm tickness.
