Creality Sonic Pad 2020 mount

A set of mounts that fits 2020 v-slot profiles, with 0, 22.5, 45, 67.5, or 90-degree angles for the Sonic Pad. I also have a version that fits 2040 profiles

Print without support on the bed with the large flat side down.

There is a single bridge layer in the vertical screw holes to improve the bottom quality, which is easily cleaned up. I use a crosshead screwdriver which I press in from the larger side and turn around once to get a clean hole.

The 0-degree mount is what I use on the CR-30 belt printer since the top profile is already angled 45 degrees.

Hardware needed

• 4pcs M3x12 screws to fasten the Sonic Pad to these mounts, 
• 4pcs M3x8 screws
• 4pcs T-nuts
