Skadis PTFE Mount

While looking for a mount to hold PTFE tubes in place, I found this model by @mkoistinen.  I needed a way to mount it to a Skadis Ikea wall and make a work around other than zip ties.  I have included the step file along with the STLs so anyone can continue to edit it.  While coming back to upload these files, I see someone already made a skadis mount.  I will still use mine, as I did put some time into it, but I will say, I was not the first to make a skadis style one (shout out to @NST_112794).
