Dewalt replacement hinge Tstak IV DWST83347-1

Replacement part for the hinge between cover and pullbar.

This is for the DWST83347-1

This is a weak construction from DeWalt, which broke on mine.

Therefore this replacement, which is much stronger.

You need to remove the old (broken) hinge with a angle grinder/multitool/sander from the pullbar.

For inserting the round metal bar, you have to bend/rebend it.

It's printed in PETG (PLA optional = less strong), with a layerheight of 0.2.

Only printsupports on the outside and a brim for some extra adhesion for the rounded sides.

Printtime about 11 hours, depending on your printersettings

The screws I used are 4x M4x25
