I modified my last Mantis TAP toolhead to now support Simon Vez's Goliath hotend.
I'm using CPAP on this but it has the standard mantis fan mounts if you want to use the original Mantis 5015's, but you will need to get the correct ducts for it.
Huge thanks to the VzBot project, as I used design components from their files for the air cooling on the heat sink and for the CPAP duct

Note: I'm using CNC TAP on my printer, the screws are all flush with the face of the mount. It's possible my design will collide with the stock screws on printed TAP, I have not tested this. You may need to replaced with low-profile screws or alter the design if there's a fit issue.
