If you measure twice and cut once unlike me, you can build this enclosure with 1x 24"x36" sheet of clear polycarbonate, 1 plate of parts totaling approx. 100 grams of PLA, a few m3 nuts and flathead hex screws, the self-tapping plastic screws that came with your p1p in a box labeled “for custom enclosure”, and 9x 8x3mm disc magnets.
I messed up on one of my cuts of the polycarbonate so I improvised and printed some covers for the top that double as “storage”. I currently do not store anything in them, though. I would recommend being careful and simply using polycarbonate for that section of the top enclosure.
Doors latch shut with 8x3mm disc magnets that are pressed into the handle parts.
Hinges are print-in-place.
