These are designed to slide over typical 24" wire rack shelving posts. The actual rack rails are commonly available via amazon and other storefronts, screw them into the adapters with m4 bolts.
The adapter itself is sized for 6u. You can use your slicer to cut down smaller sizes.
Print it vertically for best results. I cut it in half with prusaslicer to reduce the chances of the print failing, but if you're particularly confident in your printer's bed adhesion you can print it in one go.
Durability wise I only printed with 2 shells and 10% infil, and haven't seen any signs they're likely to fail. If you're running heavier stuff than the UDMP here, maybe go for 3 shells and 20% infil; but I suspect the metal rails will bend before the 3d printed sleeves fail.
