This is a spacer for the NEXTORCH V51 flashlight holster. It may also fit in the V5 but I do not own a V5 to confirm. The spacer is designed to fit an Olight Warrior 3s so that the light no longer falls through the bottom of the holster. The hole in the spacer is sized to allow the light to be used in the holster and the spacer also centers the light too. I simply keep the spacer press fit in and have not had it fall out yet, but I would recommend keeping an eye on it as I've just modeling this only one day ago. The part is yet to be tested with duty use.
EDIT: Scale the part up a little bit. Ring is a bit loose. I just used tape cut into little strips though to act as shims. It's held up for a few weeks just fine.
February 2023 Update: I've had this on my belt every day since this model was uploaded to Thingiverse. It's popped out on me a couple times while fiddling with the light but for the most part has been reliable. May 2023 - Still using it daily at work.
Because the spacer is press fit, YMMV depending on filament and printer. I used SUNLU PLA printed at 200C nozzle, 62C bed, 35% infill, no supports, 0.2mm layer height oriented the way the part fits into holster (flat side down). I would probably use higher infill but I use 35% to save a few minutes so I could sleep, it seems fine so far. Scale the model accordingly if part is too loose or tight.
