WS7040 CPAP Fan Mount for 2020 Extrusions

This is a remix of Dan Cernogorsky's WS7040 CPAP fan mount to fit 2020 extrusions, rather than the 3030 extrusions used on the Rat Rig V-Core series. It also integrates the included cable and hose guide for compactness. The width of the shelf was designed to fit on the rear extrusion of my Layerfused X301.

The mounting holes are sized for M5 screws and T-nuts. The mount for the CPAP box uses M3 threaded inserts, just as on the original model. All other files are standard for the original and can be downloaded from the main listing.

Printing tips

The shelf needs supports for the overhang section, though it should not be a lot of support depending on your printer's bridging performance.
