CR10 Spool holder mount

Hi,

Here is my contribution for the CR10 spool holder.

I used this project as a basis: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3014266 and this one for fixing the support on the frame: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2740042

I added a double threaded insert in order to:

• use the nut provided with the original CR10 spool holder and avoid adding a screw.
• to be able to print the whole thing without support

The addition of a large nut secures the coil on the arm.

Be careful, the thread entering the arm is a left-hand thread to avoid loosening when the spool rotates.

UPDATE _V3

I have decided to make some changes to version 1.

I found that the nut was not very stable once screwed on because it was not sufficiently caught in the thread of the arm.

In this version 3, I modified:

• The length of the arm and its design
• The design of the moving part
• The thickness of the nut.

If you decide to print this version 3, also print the insert of the V1 which has not changed.

You are free to choose the nut of the V1 or the v3 (which I find more practical to screw), they are both compatible.

Voici ma contribution pour le support de bobine de la CR10.

J'ai utilisé comme base ce projet : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3014266 et celui-ci pour la fixation du support sur le cadre : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2740042

J'ai ajouter un double insert fileté afin :

• d'utiliser l’écrou fourni avec support de bobine original de la CR10 et d’éviter l'ajout d'une vis.
• de pouvoir imprimer le tout sans support

L'ajout d'un gros écrou permet de sécuriser le maintient de la bobine sur le bras.

En espérant que cela vous rendra service

Attention, le filetage entrant dans le bras est un filetage à gauche afin d'éviter le desserrement lorsque la bobine tourne.

MISE A JOUR _V3

J'ai décidé d'apporter quelques modifications à la version 1.

Je trouvais que l'écrou n'était pas très stable une fois vissé car il n'était pas assez pris dans le filetage du bras.

Dans cette version 3, j'ai modifié :

• La longueur du bras et son design
• Le design de la pièce mobile
• L'épaisseur de l’écrou.

Si vous décidez d'imprimer cette version 3, imprimez également l'insert de la V1 qui n'a pas changé.

Libre à vous de choisir l’écrou de la V1 ou bien celui de la v3 (que je trouve plus pratique à visser), ils sont tous deux compatible.
