RatRig BuRAT Toolhead developed for fast&precise printing

I have developed my own Tolhead including the X carridge from CF 20*20 tube and MGN12+MGNH12 Linear rail located in front to avoid thermal binding.

All parts are pritable without any support.

Actually I tried to keep together as many parts as possible.

• Front
• Aft
• 4028 Duct
• 2x aft belt grabber
• 2x fore belt fastener
• Left XY joiner
• Right XY joiner
• Left screw holder insert for the CF tube
• Right screw holder insert for the CF tube

2x M5 Nyloc hex nut for the aft belt grabber

2x DIN 912 M5 40 mm for the aft belt grabber

some M3 heat inser threads - amount I will update soon

M3 srews - amount and sizes I will update soon

M4 x 30 - 4x for the XY joiners

M 4 x 25 - 2x for the XY joiners

M4 Nylock Nut - 4x

Hardware:

• Mosquito or Mosquito Magnum
• LGX Lite
• Super Pinda
• 4028 fan
• 3010 fan
• EBB42 toolbard
• CF tube same length as the 2020 extrusion
• MGN12H carridge…to get enougs space for the M3 screws
