Gunpla Catapult Launch Motorization and LED Diorama Parts

It is a model that electrifies the catapult of robots such as gunpla.

Please refer to the images and videos when assembling (the catapult launch speed has been edited).

・3D data is modeled on the premise of an FDM 3D printer.
・Parts may be tight or loose due to individual differences during 3D printing.
・For models with lh in the file name of part numbers 1 to 21 in the image image, please 3D print the right part using the mirror function of the slicer.
・Print parts 16, 17, and 18 with clear filament.

Switch
・Pitch 6.5mm-micro switch x2 (for slide unit)
・Hole diameter 6mm, 13x10mm toggle switch x1 (for geared motor)

LED (For reference, I cut it in half and connected it with a wire)
・1M 10mm wide tape LED x1
(If you can control the color with the remote, it comes with a receiver.)

Power cord etc...
・For reference, I diverted the USB cord of the tape LED.
・For reference, I used 24AWG wiring.

Wiring reference
In my case, I switched forward/reverse rotation with a toggle switch and put a microswitch in the middle.

The following screws are required to attach each part.
Parts may be tight or loose due to individual differences during 3D printing.

・M2x5-12 hex cap bolts for mounting parts 19, 20, 21, 27.
・M2x12-15 hex cap bolts for attaching part 27 and microswitch.
・All other parts are M3x5 hex cap bolts.
・For wooden boards, use about M3x12 countersunk tapping screws.
・If the screws are loose, try using longer screws.
