Festool Kapex Miter Stand Adapter

The mounting holes on the Kapex were too small for the bolts on my Harbor Freight stand. These blocks screw to the feet of the Kapex and allow you to mount it with larger bolts to your miter stand. You may have to tweak the size of the bolts for your stand, it is sized for an 8.5mm shank bolt with a 13.5mm diameter clearance for the head, with the head being about 9mm tall.

The front and back of the saw are symmetrical, so print the right side twice and the left side twice.

The hardware required for the build are four M6x40 hex head screws, and four M6x10 heatset inserts.
