8/1/2023 - added “s-atu” versions. They are compatible with the original components, the body is shorter (150mm) and the front & rear pieces have embossed legends, “ANT & TX” on the rear by the RF connectors and “T, A, B” (Tune, Auto, Bypass) on the front by the buttons.
I needed a case for an ATU100 antenna tuner board and connectors. I did not find an existing model that covered my intended configuration, a 0.96" OLED display, three 7mm buttons and SO-239 connectors.
I designed this in Fusion 360 as a four part case: top, bottom, front and rear components. The top and bottom have alignment tabs. The top has ventilation slots, the bottom has board mount standoffs.
M3 screws secure the ATU100 board to the standoffs. The front and rear components are attached to the top & bottom with countersunk M3 cap head screws. The attachment of the top should be the last step in assembly. The front component has a “pocket” for the 0.96" OLED display, which is secured with a crossbar & M2.5 screws. The SO-239 connectors are attached to the rear using M3 flat head screws and nuts. The rear has a small oval opening for a power lead.
The case walls are 3mm. I printed these solid. All components print flat with no support except from the build plate for the gentle curve on the long sides of top & bottom components.
STL, STEP & F360 files are included
