Printed in Black PETG we will see how well it works!

It fit perfectly. I used Anycubic Gray PETG for the print. Thank you for designing this.
Works great but now whenever I look at my printer, I panic that something broke and then realize it's not the print I'm making, but part of the printer lol.
Printed well in PLA+ as a prototype. Used Cura to slice with tree supports and blocked supports in the duct plenum and it made easy work of the horizontal overhangs. Will print a more permanent part in PETG if this one should sag. It moves a lot more air than the stock duct.
It's perfect. Even printed in normal PLA, it does not seem to be affected by the nozzle temperature. It's tight, so be careful when installing the fan, but it's better this way, less vibrations and more stability. Air flow is exactly where it's supposed to be.
What is the purpose of running the godes after installing and is it absolutly necessary?
Provoque du warping. les trous ne sont pas bien placé et c'est trop étroit pour le ventilo. Enfin, il empeche de bien voir l'impression.
Décevant. Je déconseille. (edited)
Great design. Thank you. Printed ok and installed with minor adjustments. A few comments:
Horizontal overhangs - even small, like the one at the top - don't print well (see 3rd picture).
The bigger holes, for the screws that hold the duct to the printhead, come out a tad wide, about 0.5mm. Must file them.
The fan sits quite tight under the printhead cover.
Fits nicely, the only issue i faced is the area where the fan goes in was a bit narrow and the wall broke, either my print is not accurate(big chance), or fan is thick
now testing with PLA ,I hope not to face temprature issues deforming or so, thanks for the design
