Bottom plate for the Rook 2020. Cutouts for the z belt, endstop, and z rods. Tested with a creality endstop, but should work with the BOM z endstop fine since it's smaller. It is a just a cosmetic plate, 1mm height should be enough to prevent sagging and flexible enough to be installed after assembling the printer. You need a 240mm bed to print in a single piece or could split it up to fit your smaller build plate. Mirror it in your slicer for endstop on other side.

Uses m3 bolts+tnuts to stay in place.

Versions:

  • Test corner piece: 1/4th corner test fit
  • Single piece symmetrical: what I used and is pictured
  • Single piece no cutout bottom: removes the rod cutouts
  • Single piece no cutout bottom max: no rod cutouts and covers an extra 20mm of the extrusions
  • Single piece max coverup: covers up the most. Might need to cut the edges to make sure the piece can bend into place.

Note: Printed my piece in Eryone coextrusion black/white PLA with Hilbert curve top layer.
