This is a prototype of a brake line relocation bracket I made from scratch. The stock brake lines on KTM Duke 890's have a T in them that blocks access to the triple tree stem hole, making using pin style front stands impossible. I use my bike for track-only duty, so being able to put on warmers or change my front tires using a front stand was necessary.
This bracket just moves the stock lines just out of the way. I am using a Lockhard Phillips front stand and needed to use a small spacer (included) to raise the bike up on the pin slightly for clearance.
I'd recommend printing in ABS for strength, with a brim to keep from warping on the print bed. I'm hoping to continue developing this model to include a space for a captive nut and a bar to keep the brake line mounting tab straight.
I've been using this version for over one full year of trackdays and it's still going strong. BUT, be aware that this holds your brake line and if it fails it could lead to a rubbing condition which could eventually cause your lines to fail while riding. So please use with caution.
