75mm 45 degree bead roller die - 3/4" drive axle

Original design of a 45 degree bead roller die. Axle diameter 3/4" Designed in Fusion 360.

1mm Shims may be needed depending on your drive axle.

1mm Shim model posted here too.

Printed on my Mini with the following setting in Prusaslicer and they seem strong enough -

0.2 Layer height
7 Perimeters
Solid Layers Top 15, Bottom 15
30% infill
