Ender 3 4040 Extrusion Z Frame Brace for Pro + V2

• very stiff brace for a 4040 Z axis extrusion, such as on the Ender 3 V2 and many other printers and frames
• position the longer side on Y legs, so that you have enough clearance for the X gantry
• use up to 12 screws and T-nuts
• you will need a set of M4x12mm screws and M4 spacers
• use either metal M4 T-nuts, or you can print some from my file

Printing instructions:

• print from PETG or stronger material
• layer height max. 0.20mm
• use 10 perimeters
• 50% infill with Triangle pattern
• print in orientation as shown in pics
