What do you create when you are not interested in a race to the bottom as much of the cannabis market is going through today?

In my opinion, you have to start with a drastically improved way to do things, a few years back I built the first automated cone-filling machine, and while building it saw a large hole that existed. or would exist as the cannabis market matured. I studied all of the existing and past patents and looked for the best way to roll and again determined there was a space to exploit that bridged Cigars and small batch production cannabis.

I own a Cigar shop and was fortunately shown the industry by Mark Ryan of D&R Tobacco, working with Mark allowed me the space to develop the concept and test market at tradeshows while in 3d print and waiting for the patents to be granted. Patent issued 12/2021, we are just setting up for the first run on Oct 25.

  Who is the target market? Connoisseurs, growers, craft dispensaries, and the local plug looking to improve his game.  These people have been the main consumers and field testers of 3D-printed models.

                                 Why does it make sense for production? 

My auto-rolling machine could fill and twist 4000 cones in an 8hr shift, this productivity required air, and 110-volt connections took up 4’ of floor space, and cost 100k,
at the end of the day, you had a well-filled cone that still smoked like shit.

In a production setting, this roller does 1000 in an 8-hour shift with an MSRP of 399.00 plus fits in a rolling tray and is very portable. The biggest advantage we have over cones is EZJ Rolled Joints taste better, past that It costs the dispensary less per stick to produce and allows any type of leaf, wrap, or paper to be used. The added benefit of a Built-in Bucker and grinder make it perfect for home growers.

The goal is to ultimately add consumables products designed to work with the Rollers well. The people buying these are creative. People rolling with 3d prints have won countless best joint competitions in the USA. Some people seek out the best smoke they can get, we provide the tools for those who love the flower.
