This shell is intended to work with this PCB from AliExpress (non-affiliated).
You can print all of these with the largest flat surface faced down on the print bed.
Depending on how well tuned your Printer is, you may get away with not requiring supports, but I added some custom support blocks underneath the rounded side parts (didn't come out perfect, but the images used are just to prove the prototype).
I would suggest using a 0.2mm or lower layerheight for the front part. Back isn't gonna be visible really, so whatever you prefer (I did 0.3mm).
You'll need 4x M3x8 screws (cylinder head) to secure the PCB to the back shell.
Start by removing the 4 back screws from the posts on the PCB (but leave the 4 front ones in!). Next drop the PCB in back shell, and use the M3 screws to secure the shell and PCB together.
Remove the 4 front screws (and if required, tighten the back screws further - they could have been stopped by the front ones). All you have to do, is align the front with the back piece, and snap fit it into place - the side cover pieces (Japanese MD inspired look) have a hidden snap-fit part that holds it in place!
The PCB and files are the same as for the Famicom one - so use those files, and follow the guide from there.
That's it, enjoy.
