My son likes to design his own toys in Tinkercad, so I print them. He was 6 years old at the time. We printed this so he could show it off at Detroit Maker Faire.
Tolerances aren't built into the model so you'll have to experiment with scale. Print the body 1-2% bigger and you should be fine. We printed the head facing down and then did a filament swap when we got to the body.
I recommend using a very light infill during the head portion and a higher infill with the body. We didn't do this and it is very easy for the dog to faceplant. Printing different infill density will help shift the center of gravity back.
