I was struggling to get the chamber temps up in my Voron V0 and research led me to the use of bed fans to help circulate and distribute heat from the bed. There were not a lot of options for the Voron V0 with Kirigami bed so I decided to make an attempt designing something myself.
This design sandwiches a 4010 blower in between the Kirigami bed and the heated build plate. The mount has some space under it to allow the typical wires that run through the opening where I put the fan and helps hold them down and out of the way.
I've included the FreeCAD project file in case you need to tweak the tolerances for the heatset inserts or if your 4010 blower mounts with different hardware.
Bill of materials:
4010 blower fan (I'm using the 4010 P-Series fan by HoneyBadger)
2x M3 brass heatset inserts (short M3x5x4)
2x M2 brass heatset inserts
2x M3x6 BHCS
2x M2x6 BHCS
