X-Carriage:

  • only slightly modified in comparison to boothyboothy's part:
    • removed a feature that interfered with stock or E3D's edition 2 print head
    • removed some unnecessary features at the back for a cleaner look
    • holes for thermal inserts (M3) with an outer diameter of 4.2 mm

Part Cooling Fan Duct:

  • basically a complete re-design inspired by the original by boothyboothy
  • adapted to the geometry of Revo Micro
  • reduced collision issues to the bare minimum, i.e.:
    • if this duct collides with the screews at the back of the print bed, the silicon ring around the nozzle does too
    • you loose 1 to 2 millimeter of print space
    • no collisions during bed leveling or first layer height callibration
  • a custom PINDA holder is required

PINDA holder:

  •  remix of the Prusa part to make room for the fan duct

X-carriage and PINDA holder do not require any special print settings.

The fan duct requires supports. A layer height of 0.2 mm and reduced layer height in some crucial areas helps with the overhangs. I printed it in PETG and it holds up fine so far (in comparison to others which deformed after a few hours of printing).

Kudos to robertgcode for his E3D Revo Micro STEP File. Helped a lot in designing this.
