i put mgn9h rails on my ender 3 pro and heres the designs.

You'll need some extra m3x8 bolts and nuts and some printable v slot nuts, ill like the ones i used if I find them. other than that, 300mm mgn9h rails and nothing other than the stock parts. You'll need 2 of the y adaptors.
The z-axis isn't finished yet so just go with stock there.
