IKEA Skadis - sturdier paper towel tear off edge holders

One of my hooks of the original design unfortunately broke when tearing off a paper towel. The second would not have held out much longer either. Perhaps the back side, to which the Skadis hook is attached, was a bit too thin with 1mm. Therefore, I have made a remix with a back twice as strong.

I also reinforced the hook from 4.9mm to 5mm so it sits tighter in the Skadis board and doesn't slip out as easily as it did for me.

And I narrowed the holder so that it is printable without supports.
