I searched for a repair solution to the problem of kitchen cabinet door hinges being pulled off breaking the screw holes in the cabinet. I tried a couple of solutions but really they were not effective. I found that the hinge wasn't adjustable or didn't fit. I decided a nuts and bolts approach is best. Drill out the old broken holes in the frame with a 20mm forstner bit or hole saw to a depth of about 10mm don't drill through! . Then mount the plate and hinge complete with captive 5mm nuts and 16mm long cap screws or set screws. Use washers over the hinge to aid easy adjustment up and down. A 20mm hole give some adjustment and the slots in the hinge give more. I bought replacement hinges which fit well from B&Q, there is some variation in width of these and you could adjust in Tinkercad if needed. One of the photos shows a piece of scrap wood used as a test fit and later as a guide for the hole saw or forstner bit handy to have ready.
Print with cross shape flat to bed and use Support I used tree support easy to remove on my Xvico X3s.
