Can print it in to sizes:

  • Slim for standard credit card size
    Internal size 60.4 x 95.6 mm
    external size 76.0 x 110.0 mm

  • Normal for wider cards and documents.
    Internal size 67.6 x 95.6 mm
    external size 83.2 x 110.0 mm

Versions:

  • Fully 3D printable version --- with a lock pin to secure the wallet. The files that you have to print are:
    1 x Body.stl/BodySlim.stl PLA
    1 x LockPin.stl PLA
    1 x CardHolder.stl TPU/Flex
    3 x Hinge.stl PLA
    Additional parts
    A piece of flex filament (400 mm)
    A piece of PLA filament (10 mm)

  • Magnets version --- with magnets insert to secure the wallet. The files that you have to print are:
    1 x BodyMagnets.stl/BodyMagnetsSlim.stl PLA
    1 x CardHolder.stl TPU/Flex
    3 x Hinge.stl PLA
    Additional parts
    A piece of flex filament (400 mm)
    2 x neodymium rectangular magnets (4x4x2 mm)
    *Make sure to add a pause command in the GCODE to insert the magnets (M600 or M601) at 9.8 height

Assembly instructions

  • Take the body part with the deepest rail and insert a piece of flex filament around the part
  • Put together the body parts and insert the hinges with some pressure (press in a flat surface like a table)
  • Take the cardholder printed in flex material and insert gently into rails all the way inside the wallet
  • It is done!!

For fully printable version:

  • Take the lock pin, insert in the body side with the little hole for the lock pin and put a piece of PLA filament to secure them.

This is a kind of challenging print but not to much, so slow down because of the thin walls and flexible material.
*If your print have holes in the sides because the material dont stick together don't worry it works as well
