This spinning top needs 26 magnets: 9 cylinders 5mm in the bottom, 16 cubes 5mm in the spinning disc and one cylinder 5mm in the handle.
The bottom magnets ring is located between the two spinning disc magnet rings to reduce waggling. The more magnets you design into this ring the better it will spin.
By adjusting the distance of the bottom and disc (move the handle up/down) you can get the perfect repulsion for your magnets strenght.
Feel free to use the idea with much more magnets to create a bigger Spinning top with a smoother spin.
The blue/red surface is made of TPU and exchangeable to whatever may come to your mind (outer diameter 54,5mm, 7mm hight, 10,1mm inner diameter for the handle).
The middle magnet in the bottom disc needs to be aligned in opposite to the 8 around. The 16 in the spinning disc needs to be all aligned into the same direction. Magnet in the handle should attract the bottoms middle one to create the center force.
