Square Cutter for 6-inch Ceramic Tiles

This was specifically designed for clay that has a 13% shrinkage rate. The true dimensions of the cutting portion of the cutter is 6.78 in (17.22 cm), so that the finished tile is 6 in. It is 11 mm tall.

I designed this and then realized my print bed was too small to print in one piece, so there is a second option of half the cutter for others with smaller print beds. I simply printed two and glued them together.

The example picture is a tile I'm currently working on and has been bisque fired, so it has already shrunk some.
